We manage the .htpasswd file just as most processors do. We add and delete only the passwords that we are managing as to not disturb any passwords from other sources.

If you are in Canada, you can either incorporate here in the US or we can help you obtain and offshore merchant account to use with our system.

You can fill out the prequal whcih is step #1 at: http://www.netbilling.com/signup.html. Once we receive your submission, our sales department will contact you Monday.
