I think this is a good example of why a bad reputation is so much harder to lose than a good reutation is to build. I have no idea what happened, but seeing how there have been so many posts similar to this pertaining to AlienQ you have to take that into account. Goes to show that it's much better to handle your business and have good dealings with people because a bad rep travels so fast.
