Since Alien claims to be broke, I'd be very happy to just have the rest of the design work completed by him ASAP rather than a promise of a refund.
Besides, it seems there are other people he owes money to. Alien just needs to own up. Pay the people the money he owes, and finish providing the other people with the design and content he owes them and keeps promising.
