We've installed the HighSlide script. Normally when hoovering over the small thumbnails of each model the mouse-pointer should turn into a magnifier. A single left click should bring forward an enlarged image, with a white border. There should be no ActiveX warning like Internet Explorer Has Restricted ActiveX and Java Scripts with an "allow blocked content."
I checked with IE9 and Firefox 15 and it looks like it works on my system (W7 64)...
