I'd HIGHLY recommend Topcash - http://www.topcash.com they pay 4 cents per BLIND click and have a few different sites to promote like hardcore, teen, voyeur, which I guess aren't Fetish, but could do the trick.

There's one thing though, they boast that they have no signup ratios to maintain, but you actually have to send them a 1:1500 ratio, which is a pretty easy ratio to hit for most people, but it all depends.

topcash's pay per signup kinda rocks.. cuz they give you the 40$ even if the surfer only signs up for the 1.95$ trial. its converting pretty nicely for me at 1:223

I use mostly sign-ups, but I'm kinda discouraged that I have only had 3 sign-ups since I started. I put AP on a site just to see what it would do, and I've already made about $12 in a week in click-throughs.

I realize I'm still building my traffic but my ratios suck on signups, I'm about 1/1300 with Gamma Cash right now, worse than that with ARS. Of course, those are both overall... individual sites are not that high....haven't had enuf clicks.
