ICE raid targets Ariz. restaurant chain
PHOENIX, April 20 (UPI) -- U.S. immigration agents said they raided an Arizona restaurant chain Wednesday as part of an investigation into alleged tax and employment law violations.
The raids took place at more than a dozen Chuy's Mesquite Broiler restaurants in the greater Phoenix and Tucson areas along with another outlet in California.
Vincent Picard, a spokesman for Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Phoenix, told The Arizona Republic an indictment would be unsealed later in the day.
