Do you take a daily low dose asprin?

I read on webmd years ago that any man over 40 can benefit from daily dose. It says women over 55 can benefit also. I saw Dr Oz last week saying two 81 mg doses for women at night with a large glass of water.

I have seen in the last year that a low dose aspirin regime can prevent colon cancer and Alzheimer's.

Even though I am healthy with normal blood pressure I have been taking a daily dose for the last 7 years.

If you aren't overweight, without hypertension, or with no a heart problem, my doctor said to lay off the thing. If you have ulcers, taking aspirin might complicate the healing process in your stomach. Just keep on doing what you're doing and only take it when you absolutely need to. It's same with taking OTC antibiotics.

I do but I'm not over 40. I do it for my heart on the advice of my doctor.

Do you eat healthy? Are you doing exercise everyday (climbing stair doesnt count)? Are you a non-smoker? etc.....

No, I don't eat healthy really. I ride my bike a couple miles a day and swim in my pool do maintenance around the house cut the grass, walk a bit. Not enough cuz I could lose 40lbs to be honest I don't have a great be fat belly Dr.Oz says that is the worst. I think I started taking a daily dose because I am paranoid about heart attacks. I quit smoking 7 years ago also. I cant believe I ever smoked since I was 10 or so lol cigs are so fucking nasty.
