    Where do you get your mainstream traffic? Performance?

    Just curious how many buy traffic from pop-ups to SEs, etc. and how does it perform against other sources?

    Most of mine comes organic and PPC traffic from AdWords/Bing. Ive bought pop-ups, links etc., but nothing seems to perform as well as PPC traffic for the most part (ECPM).

      I've been thinking of buying PPC as well. Any places besides Adwords or Bing you can recommend?

      With adwords are you specifically talking about search engine listings, partner sites, or publisher sites?

              For me the best way for getting mainstream traffic is to use Google SEO, but in some cases I buy traffic from another websites from theirs popunders or banners, but it needs to be content related to my sites.

                  The best traffic is free traffic from search engines. If you use a tool like Market Samurai and systematically own rankings for long tail keywords then you'll have an endless, renewable supply of free traffic.

                      as long as its free targeted traffic relevant to your site. Sometimes you get se sending things that just don't go...
