There's tons of great music out there, it just doesn't get any airplay with all of the spots taken up by crap like Nikki Minaj, Katy Perry or whatever corporate meeting room concoction has been chosen this week to be crammed down throats of the retarded masses.

                                                              There's a lot of stupid people out there -- and they like this music. By a lot, I mean almost everyone.

                                                                  That's true, but I think each generation gets more progressive in their tastes as they get older. My dad could ONLY listen to the music he grew up with. I listen to what anyone half my age might be listening to. I still go around saying music sucks today, but I also seek out new artists that turn me on, as opposed to listening to Boston, ACDC and Rush(what I grew up with). There's still a nostalgic factor for that music, but I could never listen to it exclusively as I get older. I like tons of new bands. There's just too much music these days to limit your choices to classics.
