Got any advice for a new project?

This is my first post, HI!
- I think this is the best place to ask, but I'm starting a new site... well I'm thinking about it, i started my first in 98, I'm a bit of a designer, programmer, ideas man etc etc, i have a live site which i created in 2002 but i haven't done anything new and wondered if any of you could give me some start up advice for a new site, My next project will be solo-model usual ccbill-strong box cms type thing...
