I don't think he can pass his account to you, you need to open your new account and change the ads on the site.

His adsense accout should be set up on channels, he could always print it out and mark through the other channels thus release data that is real. You would need to set up your own account but that is not an issue as results should be the same as you see he is getting as it feeds ads based on the content of the pages. Having said that, we lost our account from Google Adsense because some of our websites where designed just for feeding adsense advertising so be careful that you have valid content to share that is worthy for Google can close your account for any reason at any time and give no explaination or second chance to get it back again. They hold all the cards so just walk lightly and carry a big stick (sorta speak). If he is not willing to share the numbers to facilitate the sale then he is probably not being honest with what he is telling you he is earning. Best wishes

Yes, you'll need to replace the ads with your own.

And don't take this the wrong way, but only an idiot would give someone else access to his adsense account... so you can't blame the guy for being careful.

No need to open new Account

If you are working for client side, you don't need to open ad sense account.

Your client is not giving you access to his ad sense account due to privacy concern.


Username and Password for ad sense is same as G mail,that's why he won't give you his account information.

As far as tracking work report is concerned,it will be determined by number of clicks on Google ads which your client can see from his ad sense account.

Higher the number of clicks,higher will be ad sense revenue.


You just keep doing good work,try to get as much as traffic as possible.
