the "complain" sites you could do like a angieslist where people rate the car or whatever. then sell ad space to diff car companies and car dealers.

if it gets big like angieslist you could make a killing on ads!

I was thinking this as well. As long as your traffic is targeted (and high quality) to begin with, you should be able to direct it in some appropriate directions no problem.

I would select another domain for the "complainaboutmy" domains.

4 words are hard to remember. Why not select a domain that could cater to a larger audience instead of doing 3 small sites?
