    mobile-PIN connection for foreign customer?

    Hello,

    I'd like to ask You about service with PIN numer.
    Customer calls, makes payment with credit card, opeartor issues him PIN number.
    Customer calls, gives PIN number and receives "X" minutes connection.
    It's beeing used for customers from others than companys country.

    How is that service called?
    Im looking for any providers for this one.

      why not implemeting a payment system trough the phoneline?
      customer calls a number, gets pin#. as long as the customer keeps the line open, he has access to the site. phone connection closed = site connection closed
