    Where is all the mainstream money at?

    Hey everyone, I was thinking about stating up a mainstream website, but I am unsure exactly what there is out there.

    I have seen affiliate stuff from gaming companies, clothing, toys etc..

    What are you guys into?

    Does amazon already control everything retail?

      I'm into Domain Brokerage, Ticket Brokerage and Niche Stores. Have 500+ mainstream aged domains so sure I'll add more to the lineup in the future.

              Anywhere ya list equals more publicity and ya never know where the ideal buyer will find ya. Personally most of my sales happen through my own site direct as not a huge fan of anonymous inquiries. I do get offers from Sedo, GoDaddy, DomainNameSales, Afternic etc... If I had to pick only 1 external site to list kinda diggin DomainNameSales.com as sales inquiry links are very noticable and with 1 click your domains end up on GoDaddy.com and DomainTools.com as well and GoDaddy gets quite a few eyeballs and attracts quite a few small businesses and having your domains show an offer form during the registration path is highly targeted. If your looking to just dump garbage domains then forums would probably be your best bet as quicker sales but lower dollar volume.

                                  Read a google Q and you will see selling the ads directly is much more lucrative then using Adsense.. However I do see the appeal in lazy money! That's how I do it in the Adult space.

                                              Selling whatever you can get the generic name for if possible.
                                              Eg dogmat dot is better than crazypaulspetsworld dot for dog mats. If you have enough traffic right design etc it really doesn't matter what your selling just depends on whether it is converting with the traffic.
