I was referred to idswebdesign.com at the end of last year by my server guy, who always leads me to great people. However, this time this company was not able to deliver what I had requested, does not answer ANY of my attempts to communicate about it via email or the project management area and has not refunded my money even thou the project is un usable. If your not able to produce a finished product as a business owner even if you have time and resources invested you still need to refund the money.
I was very patient and was giving them all the time needed but the end result was a completely un usable product that clearly only took a programmer a few minutes to write.
I do not recommend them to anyone, unless they decide to do the right thing and refund my money which is the right thing to do if your not able to produce a finished usable product as a programmer.
To the owner of IDSWebDesign.com I'd like to offer you this chance to make things right for me and show the rest of the industry that your worthy of doing business with.
