    Starting content production

Good morning. Firstly want to say I'm newbie in adult shooting and asking you here for first help in industry and advice, will be very thankful for that.

Got equipment, skills in editing and shooting. Also have contacts with adult and ero models.

What can be my first step as content producer?

The main problem is that there's no working capital to hire models.

How many content should I have to make my first order from studio/client?

Producer is by definition the person who finds the capital, you are a cameraman not a producer ( content or otherwise). Find the capital ( borrow, beg and do not steal) shoot something outstanding and watch the business rolling in.... then call yourself a producer.
