I've heard their support was awesome.

The support is still awesome but if you aren't already a customer then it's not really support. K0nrad has a very talented team and they are in high demand right now so really busy. If you buy the product you'll get great support, but if you are making inquiries about what may seem like a custom project right now, they are up to their ears in projects so you won't get the same priority.

If you just buy it the setup will be no issue and there's plenty of people around who understand that platform, the support techs at mojohost can solve most of my mechbunny issues without having to make a ticket with K0nrad, and for what they can't get involved in I can usually get a mechbunny ticket handled in under 12 hours.
