Can I get some feedback on our new affiliate payouts please
We are launching a new affiliate program for web hosting. And so far came up with this payout.
Any of these too weak? We have plans as cheap as $1.99 so the $10-$20 payouts could easily be a loss. For pay per clock is 1 cent pretty bad?
We want to come in strong even take a little loss if needed.

Pay-Per-Sale: $10.00 USD for each sale you deliver.
Pay-Per-Click: $0.01 USD for each click you deliver.
Initial Deposit $20.00 USD - Just for signing up!
Payout Requirements $100.00 USD - Minimum balance required for payout.
Payout Duration Payments are made once per month, for the previous month.
Refer Affiliates We pay 5% for each affiliate under you that makes a sale and 2% for any affiliates they refer.
Sliding Monthly Bonuses After 2 sales you get $15 for each one and after 5 sales you get $20 for each.
