Is there any sponsor that has a click-thruprogram and a signup-program joined into one program? So that I get money when a visitor clicks and also money when a member signsup, without having to use two different sponsor-accounts?

Never have seen one fever. But there may be one out there. Intergal - http://www.intergal.com pays 2 cents per click AND $40 per trial signup, BUT you have to have a 1:2000 signup ratio, otherwise you'll lose the 2 cents per click. That's a pretty easy ratio to hit for most, but I don't know how well their sites convert. It's been YEARS since I've used them.Comment

Well fuck I've just tried logging into the CenCash stats and this scared the shit out of me...

Turns out that everything is fine though. I used to have two logins, but I had tech support delete one was deleted a few months back... I was using the old username! Thankfully, my current user/pass still works.
