I have had good experiences with RocketGate, Epoch, CCBill, and PrimeOrange. I just learned about Inovio and Plisio, and it looks like they have good developer resources.

RocketGate has an excellent SDK available on Github, which definitely makes it easy to integrate.

I support those four with my content, affiliate, and customer relationship management systems that I build, so I figure it'll be easy for you to include the ones in that list you don't already have.

I've never heard of Plisio, thanks for the mention I'll check them out. Also, I'm not sure how or if it's even possible to implement multiple processors, but BTCpayserver.org is another good one for Bitcoin only, via Lightning Network, just worth a mention ;)
