Payment Processor - Foreign Owned US LLC
Hey all,
I'm new to this forum and was hoping somebody here would be able to help me. I've set up a Wyoming LLC as a foreign owner (Australian citizen) and have obtained a foreign EIN (but do not have an SSN or ITIN). This is for my new business which is an online dating website. I've reached out to 50+ payment processors already and the common issue (if they do support the adult/dating industry), is that as a foreign owner, I need to have an ITIN or an SSN or have a US resident principal signer for te contract. Does anybody know of a workaround or payment processor (that won't require a SSN or ITIN and support the adult industry) as I'd rather not obtain an ITIN and organising a US signer will be difficult. |
