As the title states, I need a php programmer who needs a job and has reasonable rates to do an escort agency style CMS website for me. I'm going to be frank and not beat around the bush, I need someone who can do this for me as cheap as possible. I don't mind working with out of country programmers to cut down on costs but a firm grasp on the english language is important to me as I want my project done right. I will need someone who can write a clean code with an integrated CMS with a MYSQL database, and nice admin panel.
Payment is paid once the job is completed and fully tested on my server. Too many scams going on with programmers who take initial deposits and I never hear from them again.
I will need quite a number of these types of sites done so if your price is right and you do a great job with the first site, there will be ongoing projects for you from my company.
