problems with paxum anyone?

hello people. is there any problems with paxum cards? mine have to expire this month, but support told me card will be ok till the end of month, and the card have been activated at 20th oct, so it have to be still working. but, i cannot pay anything and i cannot transfer money from my card to my account. anyone have the same problems please? thank you much in advance for any answer and have a nice day and weekend everyone!

support told me my card will work until the end of the month, but after that i will be not able to transfer the money to card or from card, so i hope it is not the situtation ...

I just tried wallet-card transfer, and it went without problem.
