WP Multisite Issue Help / Urgent - GoFuckYourself.com

I really need some help with my multisite install. After I update a widget/sidebar I only see changes in chrome, but not in firefox, inet explorer or opera. Nothing happens, same after clearing the cache.

I tried several themes, but actually wanted the dark twenty twelve theme where I can place a nice big header on the top. But this sidebar issue makes me crazy. Now I try it with Suffusion, I´m ok with that theme, but the sidebar problem remains.

The most strange thing was, that I wasn´t able to remove the search and menu bar in the twenty twelve child. In chrome it was gone, but in all other browsers it´s still showing up. How many times should I clear my cache there...? There is no change. Too confusing.

I need a quick fix and some further tipps regarding themes with Multisite. Can anyone assist me or preferably can have a look, PLEASE? Of course I pay for your effort...
