Need 50 pics cropped to certain size

Hi, i have 50 pics that need to be cut/cropped to 377w X 285h

Some need clipped, cropped, zoomed out/in, etc to be great clickable potential (not just cropping the image thoughtlessly)

Anyone have an hour can help me out? I can zip you the files and pay you via paypal today or paxum tomorrow.
