It's 1 day of an entire year, the video makes it out like this is how people are acting everytime they go shopping.. not saying that the general population isn't full of morons though.

Genetic selection has bred dogs based on one specific thing like appearance or fighting ability but are prone to be deaf or have weak hips or a brain that is too big for their skull or any other random problem from inbreeding.

Breeding humans purely for intelligence would result in physical problems too.
