ccbill not counting unique clicks

Hi, just getting used to ccbill, but already wondering - they don't count unique clicks for one of the sponsors. Not many, Have like XX number of raw clicks and 0 unique clicks. Sure it should be at least ONE unique click there lol. How come? Sure I don't want my sales not to be counted the same way. Anyone experienced something like that? My other sponsor clicks show up normal. But its up to ccbill to count uniques right? So I don't get how come for one sponsor they count well and for another its always 0 on the unique clicks tab while raw always goes up.

Why don't you contact your rep at CCBill and ask your questions to them directly? I'm sure you would get a much faster response doing it that way.

It's an issue with the sponsor, they must have reports for uniques disabled.

Ok thats what I wanted to know. So I guess no worries about possible sales (as I hope they can not disable them right)
Thanks

As Shoplifter said, that is most likely the case. Our system gives sponsors the ability to choose how clicks are displayed to their affiliates in the reports.
