Blingbucks / Pornstar.com Not Paying

I found a missing payment earlier this year from blingbucks, I got it resent, but when I backtracked my records I found several more missing payments. Since the end of March I've been trying to collect these missing payments.

I'm now missing two payments for about 4k atm. I've been promised that they would get it fixed, but nothing has happened. I've been getting a lot of promises, but still I've not yet received them. I don't see the need to post anymore information, but I of course have several e-mails and icq logs about this.

Now Ben at blingbucks hasn't answering my e-mails or icq messages for a long time. I'm still out 4k, and he doesn't seem to care.

I've been more than patient about this, but I'm forced to take it to the boards as he doesn't respond to me.

So are you gonna pay me Ben, or do you just think that not answering me will make me go away?

Last time we spoke you had an issues from the banking institution that you had on file with Bling Bucks.

You asked me to change the wire information to a new bank in which I did immediately.

You asked me to check our accounting to see if any wires had failed, and the only way to do this is to contact your bank to cross reference the wires we've sent.

We found 2 wires that were rejected by your bank... so I immediately rewired it to your new bank and which you confirmed receipt of.

You then asked me to check if I can look into 2 other wires dating back in 2008 in which I am not able to confirm because your old bank account cannot supply me with any records either way... this information I have forwarded to you to ask that you visit your bank to see if you can get more information.

From there, I haven't heard back. If by chance you didn't get my last email, why didn't you email me again? I got no AIM or ICQ either.

Again, since you've decided to bring it here on the boards, we can continue our correspondence here or you can email me again the time periods.

And... for the record, you asked me to change your account to Paypal payments in which I did immediately. If you check your Paypal payments I am sure that you will see that you've been paid on time every time on the exact day of payment.

I'll look forward to your email or response.... if we can prove missing payments, I have no problem paying and you should know that Espen.

I've emailed you the wire amount and when they were supposed to be payed, and that was in June. You stopped responding to me in August, so you didn't give me a choice in regards to taking it to the boards. It?s not exactly my favourite way of communicating.

I've not gotten any mail about any info I needed to check, believe me, in that case I would have been all over it and gotten back to you. I've been in contact with other people and I've never heard anything about that I needed to confirm anything either.

But hey I just want to get this fixed, I know those 2 payments are missing as they are not in my books. So send me whatever you need me to confirm with my bank and I'll get it done so we can get this issue closed.

Hold the phone. So if my bank tells you that I didn't get paid you are going to send the money again? I hope I am reading that wrong. Whats worse is you are saying you dont have payment records for affiliates. You guys are in the US and if you can't produce payment records dating back 2-3 years you are going to get ass rape by the goverment one day

I have known Shaitan for along time and he is not a drama starter i assure you. When people get pushed in a corner it just rolls like that some day. And lets all be honest. You are in no hurry to pay becuase its "past money" earned. Those are always the hardest to get paid on. Anyways hope you guys can resolve it ;)

To clarify, your bank can't tell me if they received the money or not. The wire payment was definitely made. I'm sure I sent you the payment details that you requested, I will be glad to re-send it to you again if you like.

I have payment records for ALL affiliates dating from the very first payment ever made. All wires were made, the question is were they denied or accepted in your case. I can send the wire details again. I make thousands of payments, money goes in and money goes out constantly, we are not talking about a couple of grand either. The only way for me to verify if your wire was denied or approved by your bank is by contacting them directly which my administration did for you out of courtesy. Your bank does not give us any confirmation for any result after wires are made.

I don't appreciate it when you are saying that I don't want to pay "past money". I can't be responsible for the relationship you have with your bank and why they would deny any payments. All affiliate money is paid, and I can supply any wire, check or paypal information. If I didn't want to pay "past money", then why did I pay the 2 payments I did confirm that your bank was able to find and tell me that it was denied.

Again, tell me the exact dates you feel are missing. I will have my administration again contact your bank to try and get answers. You tell me you didn't do this for drama, prove it and send me the details here or email me the payments you feel are missing and enough of the accusations.

I have yet still to receive what I've asked either here or in email - which payment dates?

um you don't owe me nothing I am not Espen. I was just posting. My point is if you send out a wire YOU should have known it came back. If you don't then thats just bad record keeping. I understand that you know it was origionally sent but would you not be able to tell if it came back. I keep great tax records myself. I can give you check numbers of any sponsor payment to me for the last 5 years or how ever they paid me.

Anyway again hope you guys square it off.

I gave you a list of 4 wires on icq and e-mail, you responded you would look into it. I've also talked to you after that in regards to this, and you told me it you had to get a document from the bank, which hadn't come in yet. I also sent a mail with the list of wires I was missin on the 16 of June and I sent another one on the 4 of August asking for an update. Still missing 2 of them

So don't say you didn't get the info. If you forgot about it that's something else, but you did get it.

I've sent you another e-mail with the 2 wires I'm still missing. So check your mail and send me a mail back.

yep sucks when the affiliate is driven to the point they feel the need too. After months of trying to get paid i dont blame him at this point. Sucks to be a affiliate in 2010...will be even worse in 2011...

I don't understand how a company can send a wire and not know if it's has gone thru or not.. Surely the amount would show back up in their account if it doesn't.. Would they not get a notification of that? No?

Exactly, when i send a wire if it comes back I get a letter in the mail AND it shows back up in my account minus the origional transfer fee. That was my origional post and why i dont understand the issue to start with.
