Colds Sux
Speed up recovery with Vitamin C, Zinc, and Echinacea/Goldenseal by "Nature Made" Before this method my cold would last 7-14 days with bad symptoms. Now last 3-7 days with better symptoms. Now I try to prevent even getting sick by taking around 2,000 mg of Vitamin C throughout the day during the winter. |
