I hate it when people's immediate reaction to capturing something crazy is to point the camera at the ground as if they're going to be implicated in a crime for video taping the incident.

i get what you are saying....but he might be affiliated with who was throwing the party, who will no doubt be sued by that girl..lol

so he might have been a real quick thinker, and was not keen on video evidence.
