There is a congressional research report made by the US government that says Americans get too much fluoride and it is causing health problems. These were unclassified (though not public) non-partisan reports leaked by WikiLeaks awhile ago.

6) Ingestion of fluoride has little benefit, but many risks. Whereas fluoride's benefits come from topical contact with teeth, its risks to health (which involve many more tissues than the teeth) result from being swallowed.

Adverse effects from fluoride ingestion have been associated with doses atttainable by people living in fluoridated areas. For example:

a) Risk to the brain. According to the National Research Council (NRC), fluoride can damage the brain. Animal studies conducted in the 1990s by EPA scientists found dementia-like effects at the same concentration (1 ppm) used to fluoridate water, while human studies have found adverse effects on IQ at levels as low as 0.9 ppm among children with nutrient deficiencies, and 1.8 ppm among children with adequate nutrient intake. b) Risk to the thyroid gland. According to the NRC, fluoride is an “endocrine disrupter.” Most notably, the NRC has warned that doses of fluoride (0.01-0.03 mg/kg/day) achievable by drinking fluoridated water, may reduce the function of the thyroid among individuals with low-iodine intake. Reduction of thyroid activity can lead to loss of mental acuity, depression and weight gain (11)

c) Risk to bones. According to the NRC, fluoride can diminish bone strength and increase the risk for bone fracture. While the NRC was unable to determine what level of fluoride is safe for bones, it noted that the best available information suggests that fracture risk may be increased at levels as low 1.5 ppm, which is only slightly higher than the concentration (0.7-1.2 ppm) added to water for fluoridation. d) Risk for bone cancer. Animal and human studies – including a recent study from a team of Harvard scientists – have found a connection between fluoride and a serious form of bone cancer (osteosarcoma) in males under the age of 20. The connection between fluoride and osteosarcoma has been described by the National Toxicology Program as "biologically plausible." Up to half of adolescents who develop osteosarcoma die within a few years of diagnosis. (13-16)

e) Risk to kidney patients. People with kidney disease have a heightened susceptibility to fluoride toxicity. The heightened risk stems from an impaired ability to excrete fluoride from the body. As a result, toxic levels of fluoride can accumulate in the bones, intensify the toxicity of aluminum build-up, and cause or exacerbate a painful bone disease known as renal osteodystrophy. (17-19)

It's only good for whitening your teeth in moderation and isn't healthy at all.

Yeah, that's exactly why.

You do not need any fluoride to have healthy teeth. Xylitol toothpaste and a healthy diet and you will have healthy teeth. Also, replacing any dental work that used amalgam containing mercury will noticeably improve your overall health. Just make sure you go to a good dentist who is experienced with this because if done wrong it could spread the mercury all over during the removal process.

This presentation was sent to me by my QA lecturer from college. It's from when the above doctors visited Israel to educate about Fluoridation. Israel is the second country in the world after Ireland that requires by LAW all the municipalities to fluoride the water.

Everyone here is poisoned by this, including me.. and btw.. there's a bigger worry than your toothpaste or drinking fluoride.. the biggest amount that gets into the body is through the skin in the shower.

Not many people know this and put filters on the shower. I know about Berkey shower filters, you can search for it online.

oh..and another thing is that fluoride is the least of our problems to worry about in the moment, with the biggest world financial catastrophe just around the corner.

Yes and let's not forget that when you consider the "FACT" that vaccines, con trails and genetically altered crops are also designed to subdue and posion the population, it makes it really seem like are super secretive never to be outted, except of course on the Internet, masters aren't all that good at planning.

Considering we not only live longer and enjoy a better quality of life AND our understanding of science in general is growing at faster and faster rates all the time, I'm going to have to go ahead and call the plan an official failure.

Use a product that does not contain fluoride such as AIM toothpaste

Well, my thoughts are that we have a situation where big business had a product and just found a way to get the government to buy it. It's not really a mind control issue, it's just a business issue.

Fluoride is a byproduct of many industrial processes and you can't dump it in the ocean because it reacts violently. So industries needed a way to get rid of it and like most companies, they try to monetize their waste products. So they lobbied and convinced the goverment to add it to water to help children have strong teeth.

This is similar to the way the TSA bought all those scanners even though most experts say the benefits are far less than the cost. The scanner makers had a product to sell and they created a market for it. At the end of the day it's probably a waste.

We should probably remove the fluoride from water.
