how is your BOUNCE RATE DOING??????? my bounce rate has gone up 10%, what gives???

My best tube site has a bounce rate of 1.6%. It's a totally custom coded thing with a lot f work put into it. Now, I can set it and forget it weeks at a time and it's like a self-playing piano.

1. Bounce rate varies between 1.3% up to about 2% from one month to another. Has been stable for at least 9 months now.
2. Since the site is totally custom made and programed, it's not something I share. I do well with it and prefer not to show it or be connected to the site myself.

Do you measure bounce rate using google analytics? If so,congrats :-) My best bounce rates are in the 20% range.
