Recommend a Site Whose Tube Vids I Can Embed?
and maybe even make some money when surfer clicks on it? Like maybe sponsor provided tube vids? Looking for very mainstream.

Here are two tube sites where you can embed and make money. Half the clicks go to the sponsor of your choice.
You can presize your embed size and create thumbs to the size you want. Making it that much quicker to embed. We can also create a dump and/or feed that will update your site automatically with your embed code. The first one is http://5ilthy.com and the second is about to launch soon. Hit me up if you need any help setting up.

You can embed them from all of them, because a flash player does not send a referer.
