Did CCBill Send Checks This Week?

Last check I received was mailed on the 20th, for the period ending Dec. 5.

I figured they'd be late because of the holidays, but my CCBill admin lists Dec 19 as the last date a check was issued. I thought one might go out on the 27th or 28th, but nothing's been sent so far this week.

I received the 20th on some time between christmas and now... as for the next one... think mail is delayed with all of the xmas cards people send on 23rd thinking it'll get there in 1 day. Instead it fucks up mail until Jan 3rd.

Payouts were sent on time this week and have been every week since Columbus day in October.

We always send checks on Mondays unless there is a US federal holiday in which case checks are sent on Tuesday. Everytime a payout is sent on a Tuesday we make a news post in the admin portals letting all of our clients know.

If you feel you should have received a payout and have not please contact our client support. Client support@ccbill .com

This happens every once in a while with them. I think they send them out in different batches and sometimes one batch is later than the others. This has happened to me before and it's never more than two weeks late and usually one week late in most cases. It sucks but I'd just be patient. CCBill always pays and has an excellent record.

A lot of postal services were under considerable strain on the run up to Xmas which will account for delays. The date stamp on the envelope of my latest checks was Dec 20th so its the postal side of things that caused the delay for me.

I mailed my checks to my bank 10 days ago and they still have not been posted to my balance .... hope they didn't lose my mail with all that snow and ice around.
