In 15+ years of experience with international wires, in the civilized and semi-civilized world, I have never seen a situation where a "corrupt file" (?) could delay critical payments for weeks (holidays or not).

Maybe I have always been lucky (could be).

However, people at Zombaio know perfectly that reputation is EVERYTHING in their business, especially now.

If it really was such a trivial technical problem, it's hard to believe that they could not find a way to solve it better and avoid ruining their reputation and business.

Still giving them the benefit of the doubt on the weird "technical problem", in the real world such things tend to happen because of (A) or (B):

(A) a sudden and severe cashflow problem
OR
(B) someone wants to run away with the money

I do NOT think, honestly, it's (B). From an external perspective, it looks like Zombaio was/is growing, so not the best time to run away with the treasure.

If it is (A), cashflow issues, then one would guess that something very specific and unexpected has happened.

Naturally, it's speculation: still, if they are sitting on a pile of cash and it is really JUST a trivial technical problem, they have/had obvious ways to dispel the rumors, and it would be strongly in their interest to do so. Now - not 1,2 or 7 day later.

Spot fuckin' on... If it's not A. or B. then they need to be a whole hell of a lot more transparent and give us real answers... Or do they really think that we're to just take their word for it when they tell us our funds are safe? How many times over the years have people been burned, all the way to hell and back, because they trusted people who gave the very same assurances?

The fact that Zombaio doesn't seem to realize this makes me fear for the worst. They are a great processing company and their support has always been top notch (though I'd like to see 24/7 live chat like ccbill has) but when it comes to our money, we are going to expect specific answers to our questions; and when those answers aren't given, we are going to react. This is what the history in this business has taught us to do.

someone log into their ZOA and check their declined transactions, anyone else getting declined transactions with " communication error " I see around 3 different people get that in past hour :/

Nope, that was before for last nights script timeout, now all my signups are being affected and only happened in past hour. No support either on 31st of december, so I guess no signups for me today. awesome

nop i got that message at 7.34 am today im at costa rica that was 10 hours ago


so im very sure that that is why you are getting that error most likely for down time


we got 136 joins today and we lost 19 joins for that reason today im very sure that was the reason

It only happened in past hour though, check your declined joins in the past hour, theyve all been declined for communication error, non have been accepted.

no one else bothered by this? had 10 joins declined in past 2 hours, and non accepted. I'm not even sure support is around now, the planned hardware change would only take 2 hours, this was 12 hours ago

they have something wrong with their script, similar to last night. all joins are declined due to communication error, so i presume its software or hardware fault

recurring is fine so I dont think it's issue with bank

I don't want to "pile on" on the Zombaio issue but there seems to be a string of pretty odd issues cropping up with them over the last month.

The wire issue is very odd. I can understand having a corrupt payment file that caused wires to fail, but the continued delay doesn't make sense. Despite the information to the contrary here, E.U. banks don't entirely shut down a week before Xmas until a week after New Years....not in the new electronic frontier and especially not their wire rooms. An international wire shouldn't take more than 3 - 4 days (MAX) to get from bank A to bank B.

This, in conjunction with other recent issues (increased reserve amounts and length of hold, increased fees, et al) and now a communications issue causing only new joins to fail paints a troubling picture.

the best thing they can do is start paying again, people will quickly forget this

oh and use some of the money from increased rates to get some real support, been having this issue for about 5 hours, lost tons of money

my thoughts on this zombaio crisis...make no mistake they have a crisis on their hands, adult webmasters use your discernment and common sense...

I am not speaking from a posture of sympathy for any processing companies, I am qualified to speak as an advocate for transparent processing and accounting for all who utilize companies like zombaio

As someone who has been ripped off, and robbed by banks,multiple processing companies, and the like to the tune of tens of thousands I have yet to have any one of the "company reps or spokesman" answer this.....

How is it that someone I know very well has worked for the government for 14 years, and has had direct deposit as well as paper check payments, and in 14 years not a nickel short or a day late????

Never had he had an excuse,delay or complication with pay checks, direct deposit, or missing hours in 14 + years!

Simply never happened and that is a huge statement considering the ineptitude of the government that many of us are aware of.

We are talking 14 years, and in this business some companies cannot go 14 days without a payout glitch or error.

So I ask why is it in this business do you have a wide variety of excuses, delays,contradictions, half answers, when it comes to payouts???

Why do you Zombaio and others, feign like you have some monopoly on reason and no one else but you guys can understand the COMPLICATED NATURE of credit card processing!

You would have me believe that the government understands that there is ZERO tolerance for payout chicanery, but in the adult business its to be accepted as typical.

If there were some IMMEDIATE and DIRE consequences for fucking with peoples money ....then maybe payout integrity would become top priority for companies positioned like Zombaio and others

Hey I speak for myself, and not the rest of the adult community, I simply find payout shorts,delays,glitches to be unacceptable ever....PERIOD

The government works with banks, and financial institutions, and can pay over 5 million employees on time fatihfully week in and week out!

How dare you act like you and your company is beyond reproach and should be afforded some credit for making most and not all of your payments on time.

You do not get brownie points for doing what we pay you to do. You get brownie points when you go above and beyond what we pay you to do!

This is a fact.... you guys produce nothing,create nothing,and exist in a sense as a parasite....meaning your business model can only survive by inserting yourself between us (webmasters) and our customers as "MONEY CHANGERS"

When the time comes where we can eliminate the need for you guys, and collect our customers funds ourselves, you will no longer have such a business model.

Without the ability to VERIFY in real time, what happens with our surfers when they leave our tour pages, to submit their credit card details on your servers, we are at your mercy.

When your answers to direct questions get vague and elusive, when you slowly reduce service, and raise fees after explosive growth, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth of those who see you guys for what you are.

You are not immortal, not beyond being challenged and held to task.

Far too many pseudo bankers and processing company reps have sipped the kool laid and feel that they are so brilliant and powerful that they can exist without their clients, and talk and treat the clients, as their servants.

Sickening backwards logic to talk with disdain to the one who pays your salary.

It really is a mental illness, and I encounter the combined arrogance and ignorance quite often when talking to members of the banking community.
