Webmasters have to wear a condom while making websites ?

When have laws ever effected this industry? Webmasters steal and cheat and it's legal.

Less regulations from Congress due to (conservative) Republican house.

With that said, there's still an activist administration so expect more consumer protection regulations (administrative law rather than congressional new law) and pressure on credit card companies/banks to protect online consumers

Republican house will float, maybe pass, more unconstitutional anti-porn bills. Senate will probably rubber stamp them due to free speech defenders being rare these days.

Courts will continue to do a fairly good job of going "Yo, dumbasses, what part of 'Congress shall make no law...abridging the freedom of the press' didn't you understand?"
