They've always been helpful whenever I asked for help, I had a couple of cheques that went missing (to an old address not their fault), they cancelled them and sent me new cheques. For me ratio would not be useful without knowing the rate, as in theory it could be $1 per sign up.

but then I'm a stats freak so don't worry about me
