WTF Webair - Tech Support Understaffed?

My managed Server Crashed 15 minutes ago, I've been waiting on hold for livechat since then, with the

"All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. An operator will be with you shortly."

cycling.. still no answer as I post this... what is going on, are you understaffed? My server is down for over 15 minutes, and im still waiting!!

This is not good!!!

Perhaps there is something going on effecting a block of clients? So a short term rush?

Webair GFY bat signal activated.

Spoke on ICQ to follow up with you and confirm all is good. Yes we have 24x7x365 live tech support via live chat, email tickets and phone support. As mentioned the memory was replaced and server is up and running. If there is anything else I can assist you with please let me know.

Your RAM was replaced in less than 30 minutes. I had to wait 24 hours with godaddy dedicated support and you complain. WTF??

Exactly, situation where nobody is currently available to assist is possible on any host,so there is no point to complain about it.

Or at least I wouldn't feed the GFY trolls withing minutes, there is so many other possibilities before taking this step... I don't believe there is a thing that couldn't be solved after speaking to the manager or the owner. Posting on GFY only feeds trolls that love to jump on it and shit and then they can say: "there is many sucks threads about ..." as their crucial argument.

Lol Mr Happy is obviously a fake Webair nick. He nearly only posts in negative Webair threads.

The Webmaster in me:

Maybe it's me, but being a webmaster myself, if my server crashed I would pick up the phone and call in =)

But that's just me i guess.

-------------------------------

The Webair in me:

Apologies for the delay on LP it's been really busy in there today being a holiday and all. I guess a lot of people stayed home =) I'm glad our team got you sorted out. In the future, I would recommend calling in for urgent issues. Ticket support, Live Person Chat is usually pretty quick, but for time sensitive issues I would call it in in the future.

Although the hold time in chat was less than ideal, the net result of <30 minutes on what ultimately ended up being RAM replacement is excellent. With far too many hosts the resolution of a physical hardware problem would have taken much longer.

Cheers
