SEO Question - SEO Question : 404s vs 301 redirects??
I'm relaunching a couple of sites and the framework is changing as well as some of the url subfolders and names. Is it better to redirect all the old pages to new pages( either pages of similar function or just the main page) or should i just create a custom 404 page where all the old pages will go. I can kindof see a valid argument for both but just wanted to get some insight on it from other SEOs.
