Depends on how much of a "sell" term it is. You can sorta judge it from Google Ad Competition - the higher the better, considering low competition means advertisers haven't been able to make money from it (at least for a term with that high of search).

when you type in the term is anyone buying google ads for the term? if non one is buying generally it's because the term doesn't make money, despite the search volume. spyfu can give you an idea too.

Using the formula I use to makes estimates on ppc keywords with Adsense, I'd say first place with those numbers would make $2250/month +/- a few hundred. Second place should pulls upwards of $1000 +/-, and third $500 +/-. So I agree jk is in the neighborhood. My estimate is assuming you maintain a 1% CTR. Take all estimates here with a grain of salt though, they're all going to be loosely based on personal theory, and calculated with Google numbers that are essentially pulled out of their ass.
