Most porn girls don't have a right to use any of the scenes they shoot for various producers and companies if they are getting paid for their work. I remember shooting a natural breasted young Micah for LesbianRecruiters.com a few years ago. Just checked- she's still the top-most update on the site.

Jim, do you offer the girls the rights to use their scenes on their own projects? I always thought it was the right thing to do, many disagreements over it, but hell, they are the ones out there for eternity, as long as they didn't resell rights I would have never minded, if it was entirely my call.

Just my way of thinkin' I guess.

If the models are getting paid, they have no rights to use the content on their own and the model releases reflect that. First of all most of the models wouldn't have any idea what to do with their own content even if it was given to them.And secondly, if I am selling the content exclusively to other companies as I do most of the time there is no expectation that they or I myself for that matter can do that anyway. If the model would work for free and do TFP/TFCD, maybe then that's another story but I would never bother with that.
