Needed: Newsletter Script - GoFuckYourself.com

I have outgrown my current provider, so I am looking for a new one.

1. Needs to be easy to integrate into web designs.
2. Must be set up for double opt-in

I do not know if this exists (as I have had the same provider for awhile) but I would like to be able to use the same script across all sites. So I would like to be able to time stamp, and track which site the user signed up from. This helps for all compliance issues.

It would also be nice if could segment according to the site they signed up for (mainstream, porn, niche, etc.). I do not know if there is a single newsletter script that can do all of this, but I figured I would ask.
