If your seeking Filipino workers, then only hire the women, never the filipino men as they are about the worlds biggest cheats and liars. The women are mostly good, but get them from the right province, suggest you try Cebu as Ive always found them to be good workers and more honest then other areas. Also Samar have some really good workers and mostly honest.

Although I agree with you that you have a point, I think in all fairness to those women who have migrated, that most of them worked in a bar which was a front for prostitution. i may agree with you about migrating, here in europe they had a lot of them with a tourist visa but can manage to stay here for years and many of them cleaning houses and nannying babies and old people
