This thread stinks. No matter what he will need to verify ownership, you can't expect anyone to send in 6 figures for a domain they cannot confirm is even for sale and you have any control over.

my post wasnt meant to be insulting, its the truth, the domain alone isnt worth 6 figures, maybe 4.

but if the site has a long standing revenue then that would be different and bring up the value depending on how big it is.

Is the amount you're asking for the domain the request of the owner or are you dramatically inflating the asking price because you're getting a broker's fee?
