Headline: President Obama?s so-called ?IP Czar? Victoria Espinel yesterday delivered a 20-page white paper containing her recommendations for future legislation, calling on Congress to make changes in order to make it easier to clamp down on copyright infringement. Among the recommendations are calls to turn streaming into a felony alongside authority to wiretap in copyright cases.

I'll be the first to say i am no expert on copyright or even an "half ass message board lawyer". I do my best to stay up to date on the legalities of our business and best of all, work with a lawyer for said reasons since i am not one. I am a little paranoid about government over stepping their boundaries but i did find this article interesting. More importantly i found the comments below the article an interesting read.

Victoria Espinel wrote 20 pages. That's quite a lot of pages. Few people will read the whole thing. I understand that we are moving towards less copyright infringement. We are moving towards less plagiarism.
