Newbie looking for good advises - GoFuckYourself.com

Hi all,
I'm quite new in this biz and I would be grateful for any advice you would give me.
I'm building a TGP/MPG multiniche website. The design is growing good but not yet finished.
Besides I'm building a version for mobile to enforce the site.
I'm using ST and already did a lot of affiliation to many sites. I'm going to implement even stuff like VOD, DVD selling, TOYS selling, 2 dating websites, 1 or 2 cams and HD videos redirect.
At this point i have a lot of questions:
- i know I should go for TUBE cause tgp/mgp is old and do not convert as tube does. but my idea atm is to gain the right amount of money (with tgp) to buy a tube script. Is it an utopia? TGP still have some strenght in the business?
- What would you suggest me?

to focus my efforts on building one-niche site? or multi-niche is good enough?

According your experience, is better tgp/mgp or dating or cams or tube or whatever i'm forgetting?

do you suggest me to buy (when the time will come) my corresponding domain.xxx and using the 301 redirect to the main .com? or viceversa?

I hope you don't mind for these newbie questions as i hope someone would help me.

Your questions will all be answered in the order in which they were asked.

1) TGP is eye candy and a must
2) free porn is what you need to offer
3) .xxx is a must and buy every single one of them

but what converts better? one-niche site or multi-niche site? and after TGP you advise to go for tube or focus on promoting cams or dating?
