Ipad 2 ( Verizon or ATT)
I'm finally breaking down and getting an Ipad2
Any thoughts on if its better to go with Verizon or ATT for the IPAD? Also, does anyone know if you can tether with a Blackberry without buying the MIFI / Tehter options |

I have ATT... and personally I suggest Verizon. However, if you're normally in range of Wi-Fi and have a smartphone capable of creating a hotspot then why not get a Wifi w/o 3g ipad2. Cheaper and you can use the data you are already paying for with your smartphone but on the iPad.

Good luck finding one. All 6 models are sold out at all Apple, Best Buy, Target's and Walmart's within 100 miles of me. Apple.com is a month long wait.
But I digress... AT&T has faster data speeds but Verizon has a better coverage. So it all depends on where you live and how widely AT&T towers are available. I own an iPad 1 64gb Wifi and I've never found myself wishing I had gotten the 3G version. Edit: To answer your last question I'm not sure if it is possible. When I had a Blackberry I used to tether my Macbook Pro to it when outdoors at the park often (without a tethering account).....but I had Blackberry modem drivers on my Macbook Pro.

At&t provides much faster data speeds in recent reviews.
