is the uk the only scum country to sell ifo to parking firms?
in the uk we have the dvla. it records who owns what car(s), vans, bikes.
we have lots of scum bag parking firms that can fine you and they pay dvla to find out where you live. then send you a bill. is the uk the only country that does this?

that's nothing. we have hotels/motels that let the police roll through their parking lots running license plates, if anything comes up, the hotel manager tells the police which room the car owners are in.
