their getting rid of paper docs the banks have been doing this recently. they save millions going paperless.

That sounded more dramatic then it actually is. . .
Basically they wont send you physical paper documents, so you'll have to login and print it off yourself. . . nothing changed for me there. .

The only problem is if you end up dealing with an unethical company you have no proof of anything if you don't have paper statements. You will be reliant on printing things out or taking screen shots. and unfortunately those are seen as being much easier to fake. This is why I always insist on paper statements from banks and utility companies. I want proof which cannot be magically changed in the computer a couple months down the road.

You can tell they aren't in adult. Otherwise it would be somewhere between -7 days (your account is terminated one week prior to them telling you) and two weeks notice. :/
