Sources of piracy capitalizing on New Google algorithm?

According to http://www.xbiz.com/news/132902 Filestube one of the websites commonly used to discover pirated content by surfers are in the top 100 winners with the new algorithm, although it seems, a lot of affiliates websites have seen an increase in their traffic too. The new Google algorithm is aimed at rewarding the websites with more active content rather than heavy advertisement and recycled content, it also exploits the surfer click through as index for giving merits to a websites search ranking too, which poses the question will the sources of piracy capitalize on this or the increase in traffic to Affiliate websites will level the field. There is no doubt that
the websites with high surfer preference will see a spike in their visitor traffic in the near future.

FBI can't fight piracy on such domains, or it's all legal because of DMCA??!?

You know Google is in the search engine business, so they main goal is to make surfers happy. And a surfer is happy when he can access his/her content (porn vid) of desire as soon as possible for the smallest amount ($) possible. Of course in the long run it's not profitable for most of us and for the surfers either because less amount of content will be produced..

It's not like this is anything new, for the longest time now, you put the name of something like a movie, book, comic, etc in google you're likely to get a file download or torrent even if all you wanted was a review.

As long as filestube does not upload the copyright infringed files itself knowingly and removes the violating links in a timely manner,it is protected under DMCA and any other applicable Copyright laws such as EU Directive or the Polish Copyright act( Home country to the parent company of Filestube.com). In reality as a files search engine, filestube has no more liability than Google has, toward the search results it presents to the public.
But filestube is just a Link Aggregator, the damages to the copyright owner will be minimal as long as the links found on filestube are all dead already.

Filestube has a international scope and does not operate solely in U.S, furthermore it does not store any content on U.S soil, so FBI or U.S customs wont be able to do much about it, if the situation and their operational model remains just as it is.
